Things that I know in my soul…

Everything that we touch, hear, smell, taste, and see, in every fraction of every second, is God infused and created. God holds up and maintains this creation for us at all times. God is bigger and more powerful than God’s creation. If we truly understood the immensity of that fact, we would all be in profound and constant awe. Every person you see, no matter their nationality, location in the world, their political affiliation, or the level of their “goodness” or “sinfulness”, was created and is loved by God in equal meassure. God IS love. It is our responsibility to maintain our attention to that. That is the meaning of our lives, to reflect our creator.

God is not a person or an object. God is divine reality, the ground of all being. God does not exist; God is existence itself. And reality has an omnipotence and presence that permeates everything. Our challenge is to grow beyond our illusions and self limiting ego boundaries to experience the manifestation of God in everything.

“Missed it by this much!”

My son and I were in the car together once and I told him I had been enjoying the music of Daniel Radcliffe. He said he hadn’t known that Daniel Radcliffe was in a band. Luckily, just at that moment, one of his songs came on the radio. The mind is a mysterious thing! Haha!
